Pastor Perry is starting a series for people interested in learning more about the Lutheran expression of the Christian faith. Planned for five sessions of an hour and a half each, starting this Tuesday 4/17, 6:30-8 pm in the music room. We will look at some of the basics of our Lutheran Christian doctrines and practices, what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, what are mission and ministries are here at SELC, and get to know one another and our leaders better. Those who then decide that formal membership at SELC would be a welcome and important part of discipleship will be welcomed into membership on Pentecost Sunday, May 20th.
