Bring some comfortable shoes and join us on Tuesdays and Thursday for some low impact exercise. Our group is open to both men and women of all ages and uses walking as a safe and healthy way for both beginning and experienced exercisers to get fit. We use a 2 mile walking video that also incorporates stretch bands during the second mile to help provide an upper body strength workout. The session ends with a short time of prayer and devotion.
